Chapter 3- Huts on the Beach

Ralphs Journal:

Finally Piggy helps out in some way. His idea about making huts on the beach was great the problem is making them sturdy and not fall like the one simon accidently pushed. We need protection if we want the Beastie snake thing to keep away from us. Anyways I've been trying to look for Simon for a while but I have been to busy arguing with mr. I need to kill a pig. HE is so annoying doesn't he get that I am the leader and want him to help me with the huts instead of "getting us some meat" more like none meat. Wacco.Wizard.

I need help and is Simon just left and went to go join the party then why shouldn't I bring all of Jacks choir into helping me. After all it's getting dark and I still can't see Simon, We don not have any meat or food. And the whole chior is swimming and all the lillte ones are running around and a few went to the mountains. I don't want an other kid getting ki..kill..ed. Poor Johnny mabe he wasn't lying about that beastie thing that he swore he saw. But I doubt theres such a thing as a beastie I mean after all Jack said it seemed lke a whole bunch of cracker stuff. A beastie?

Jack and I got along great until we had to start biulding huts and he couldn't kill one dang pig. I hate how he thinks he is the leader telling his chior to lave and just relax as if were all fine and don't nee shelter?food?or water? Jack is the one who seems like a cracker to me a round up about pigs..ever since Simon, Jack and I climbed that mountain he's had an obsession with pigs..and also doesn't seem to want to leave the island until we get meat. Too much sun, yeah thats it. Thats probably want happened to that small boy named Johnny the kid who we all think is dead.

The sooner we got off this bad island the better. We've all become sowild and crazy in this island. Also suddenly piggy is starting to yell out ideas, and wanting to go on hikes...he just can't go..he'll slow us down. Just like he did to that Johnny kid he lost track of all the kids names, we used HIS glasses, and HE found the conch, and now we are doing one of his other plans we are mking huts.
Could it be that Piggy and Jack are possibly trying to take controll of the chior and kids, Jack with his thinks he is scary look and Piggy with his brain. But sadly they can't because I am leader and I have both I..I. I am the LEADER! Jack is going to help me find Simon before it gets way to dark and then we will try to figure out how to ALL make huts for ALL of us to sleep in safely.I need to go get Jack.
